TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
Sun. 18 Departure from the US.
Mon. 19 Arrival and transfer to Jerusalem hotel or, if in Israel, make your way to the hotel. Check in to the Prima Kings Hotel and prepare to meet the group for dinner.
Tue. 20 Start the day with a view of the Old City from the Haas promenade. Drive by the American Embassy to Mount Zion and visit David’s Tomb. Tour the Jewish Quarter including the Cardo and Burnt House. Spend time at the Kotel and then enjoy a visit to the Davidson Center Southern Wall excavations.
Wed. 21 Check out of the hotel. Drive to Old Jaffa where we will have a walking tour of the area. Hop on and hop off tour of the main landmarks in modern Tel Aviv. After lunch we will explore Caesarea and we will overnight in Hadera.
Thu. 22 Driven tour of Haifa – overlook the Bahai Gardens, continue with a tour of Old Akko, ending the day at the Rosh Hanikra Grottoes. Overnight in Kibbutz Lavi.
Fri. 23 Spend the morning touring mystical Tzefat with free time for shopping. A short visit to Tiberias with lunch in the city. Return to Lavi to prepare for Shabbat.
Sat. 24 Shabbat Shalom from Kibbutz Lavi.
Sun. 25 Tour of Kibbutz Lavi with local member. Drive to the mishnaic town of Tzippori. The tour will include new archeoogical finds. Enjoy the species of Beit Lechem Haglilit. Tour the catacombs of Beit Shearim. Return to Jerusalem via Route 6. Check in the Prima Kings Hotel.
Mon. 26 Visit Kever Rochel (Rachel’s Tomb), drive to Hevron – visit Mearat Hamachpela and the Jewish neighborhoods. Continue to Gush Etzyon. We will bring soldiers treats at the Warm Corner and see the new historical movie at Kfar Etzyon and visit the Lone Tree, drive through Alon Shvut and Efrat, returning to Jerusalem.
Tue. 27 Drive via the Judean Desert and take an easy hike at the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve. Explore Massada Palace Fortress. Enjoy floating in the Dead Sea.
We. 28 New Jerusalem – start the day at the Yvel Jewelry factory and hear the story of Ethopian Aliya. Drive via Ein Kerem to Hadassah Hospital and in depth tour of Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum and Memorial. Pay respects to our leaders and soldiers at Mount Herzl. End the day at Machane Yehudah food market.
Thu. 29 Check out of Prima Kings Hotel. Travel to Psagot Visitor Center and wine tasting. Saboneto – special soap factory for special people. Overlook the Jordan Valley. Visit the Bikaa Memorial and Junction. Continue the drive up the Jordan Vally and enjoy a visit to the Galita Chocolate factory. Optional boat ride. Check into Kibbutz Lavi.
Fri. 30 Agmon HaHula – enjoy the amazing bird migration. Optional cart/bike rental. Visit Hatzor Biblical Tel. Return to Kibbutz Lavi to prepare for Shabbat.
Sat. 1 Shabbat Shalom from Kibbutz Lavi. Evening tansfer to Ben Grion Airport.
Sun. 2 Arrival back in the US.

General Information
Six nights at Prima Kings Jerusalem, five nights at Kibbutz Lavi, one night Hadera. Prices based on double occupancy. Single room occupants are subject to a single supplement.
Daily trips throughout the country. Two kosher meals per day, breakfast and dinner – Shabbat day lunch. One group transfer to and from the airport. Tour entrance fees included. Touring by air-conditioned bus, with licensed English specking guides. Lectures and group discussion. Free time. Prices, itinerary, flight assignment, hotel and departure dates are subject to change. Payments:
$100 Deposit per person along with registration fee. One half of the balance is due 2 months prior to departure, balance due 1 month before departure.
