ITINERARY
(for two week tour)
Sun. Departure from NY on El Al Israel Airlines.
Mon. Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport. Transfer to Jerusalem hotels.
Tue. Overlook Old City. Visit Jewish Quarter including Herodian Quarter. Continue to Kotel area and visit the tunnels and City of David.
Wed. Leave Hotel for overnight stay in the north. Travel through Yizrael Valley and bring to life scenes from the Tanach. Explore Kfar Tavor. Visit Golani Museum. Overnight in Kibbutz Lavi.
Thur. Tour the Kibbutz. Travel up to Meiron – tomb of R’ Shimon bar Yochai. Explore the mystical city of Tsfat. Visit Tiberias. Return to Jerusalem.
Fri. Visit historical museum at Yad Vashem. Experience the beginning of Zionism at Hertzl Museum.
Sat. Shabbat Shalom.
Sun. Check out of hotel and drive via Beer Sheba to Sde Boker. Visit Ben Gurion’s tomb. Visit Timna nature reserve. Overnight in Eilat.
Mon. Eilat. Morning at leisure. Underwater observatory. Optional jeep ride or boat ride. Overnight in Eilat.
Tue. Leave Eilat. Drive via Arava Valley to the Dead Sea. Explore mountain fortress of Massada. Float in the Dead Sea. Travel to Ein Gedi oasis. Return to Jerusalem.
Wed. Help the poor by picking fruit with Project Leket. Visit Old Jaffa and Historical Museum in Tel Aviv.
Thur. Visit Rachel’s Tomb. Drive via Gush Etzion to Hebron. Visit Cave of Machpela and Jewish neighborhoods in Hebron.
Fri. Day of leisure.
Sat. Shabbat Shalom. Saturday night transfer to airport.
The itineraries for November 2, November 16 and February 15 are the same but in a different sequence.

General Information
Please add $50 registration fee (non-refundable); and $85 airport tax per person.
$412 fuel tax per person.
This could go up or down depending on the market demand for fuel at the time of departure
Price based on double occupancy, single room occupants are subject to a single supplement.
Senior citizen – men age 60 or over, wife age 55 or over, women 60 or over, if traveling alone.
Senior discount on the airline ticket only.
Discount for children under 12.
Price includes round trip on El-Al from N.Y./Newark
Daily trips throughout the country.
2 Kosher meals per day – Breakfast and Dinner, Shabbat – Breakfast and Lunch.
Group transfer from and to the airport in Israel.
Tour entrance fees included. Touring by air-conditioned bus, with licensed English speaking guides.
Lectures and group discussions. Free time.
Prices, itinerary, flight assignment and departure dates are subject to change.
Payments:
$100 Deposit per person with registration. One half of the balance is due 2 months prior to departure.
Full balance is to be paid 1 month before departure.
Cancellation within 21 days of departure will incur a penalty of $200.
