Tuesday Arrival. Transfer to Jerusalem hotels
Wednesday We will start the day at the Yvel Jewelry factory in Motza to learn about Modern Zionism and Ethiopian integration. From there we continue to Kastel memorial – site of one of the major battles to open the road to Jerusalem. We will return to Jerusalem and visit the Israel Museum.
Thursday Western Negev – We will start the day at Kibbutz Netiv Haasara on the Gaza border and we will join the “peace mosaic” hands on activity. Lunch will be in Sderot – famous for its resilience. In the afternoon we will visit the Nir-am Museum of Water and Security and learn how the Negev became part of Israel.
Friday “On a silver platter” – We will pay our respects and learn about our fallen soldiers at the Mount Herzl cemetery, then visit the interactive Herzl museum. From there we will tour and enjoy the bustling Mahane Yehuda market.
Sunday Check out of Jerusalem hotels, drive to Binyamin region, enjoy the Saboneto soap factory and its unique story, drive via the Alon route to the Gilboa wind farm where we will learn about clean energy and enjoy stunning views. Then we will explore Beit Shean and continue to Degania to see the 1948 tank. Overnight Lavi
Monday We will visit the Reut museum at the Koach fortress, overlook Lebanon from Malkiyah, then spend the afternoon in Tzefat. Optional jeep ride. Overnight Lavi.
Tuesday Enjoy the Rosh Hanikrah grottoes, visit the Yechiam memorial to hear about the Independence War battle for the roads, visit the Akko British prison. Overnight in Netanyah.
Wednesday Late check out. We will start the day at the Gelilot intelligence center-Mossad museum, behind the scenes tour about Mossad missions, then continue towards Tel Aviv. We will see Independence Hall where the state was declared and visit the new Taglit Innovation Center. Return to Jerusalem.
Thursday Rachel’s tomb, Herodion, Hevron including new movie.
Friday Free day
Sunday Yom Yerushalayim. We will start the day with a Festive Hallel at Kotel, then walk in the footsteps of 1948 battles in the Jewish Quarter. We will visit the memorial room, Hurvah Synagogue and Batei Machse Square. Final shopping time at the Cardo. Continue to Mt. Zion and David’s tomb. Early return to hotel. Enjoy the Flag parade. Night transfer to airport.

2 Kosher meals per day – breakfast and dinner – Shabbat day lunch.
One group transfer from and to the airport in Israel
(group pickup will be determined by the majority of people arriving at the same time).
Tour entrance fees included. Touring by air-conditioned bus, with licensed English speaking guides.

Changes or cancellation of airline tickets could incur penalties.

$100 Deposit per person with registration. One half of the balance is due 2 months prior to departure.
Full balance is to be paid 1 month before departure.
Cancellation within six weeks of departure will incur a penalty of $200.
